Awaken the Beast Within – Druid Joins Diablo Immortal’s Fight for Sanctuary

Blizzard Entertainment has announced that the long-awaited Druid class will be joining Diablo Immortal on July 3, 2025. These primal spellcasters will become the ninth playable class in the game, adding a new layer of nature-fueled strategy and shapeshifting action to Sanctuary’s battle against evil.

Nature’s Wrath Unleashed

In Diablo Immortal, Druids are versatile combatants who wield the elemental power of nature while commanding animal companions. With access to transformations into Werewolf and Werebear forms, Druids can alternate between ranged spellcasting and brutal melee combat. Players can unleash Ferocious Strike, Fire Tornado, Summon Wolves, and Earthquake, among other nature-themed skills.

Druids also possess a unique resource called Primal Power, visually represented by a green bar. It regenerates passively and fuels many of the class’s stronger abilities. The Werewolf transformation becomes available at level 3, while the Werebear form unlocks at level 38, each boasting specialized attacks and crowd control options.

60 Legendary Items and Unique Mechanics

The arrival of the Druid class brings 60 new Legendary Items, with 10 dedicated pieces for each gear slot—main hand, off-hand, chest, head, legs, and shoulders. These items are tailored to enhance the Druid’s shapeshifting, summoning, and elemental spells.

Thanks to Diablo Immortal’s Class Change system, players can switch their current character to Druid and automatically receive gear suitable for the new class. This change can be made once per week, free of charge and without losing any character progress.

A Milestone for Diablo Immortal

Since its 2022 launch, Diablo Immortal has become the most downloaded entry in the franchise, surpassing 30 million installs within its first two months. With the addition of the Druid class, Blizzard and NetEase continue expanding the game’s depth and class diversity.

Whether you’re a newcomer or a returning player, the Druid class promises a refreshing blend of transformation, summoning, and elemental devastation—just in time for Diablo Immortal’s summer season.
